If you have not eaten Belles Hot Chicken, you do not know what you have been missing! Belles Hot Chicken is the ultimate marriage of Morgan’s two passions, natural wine and Nashville Hot Chicken. As a young chef in France he discovered the joy of natural wine and has spent years fostering relationships with natural wine producers and importers. Morgan then discovered hot chicken while he was chef de cuisine at Husk (Nashville, Charleston), where Nashville Hot Chicken is a beloved staple. He returned to Australia in 2014 determined to bring hot chicken to the masses. He teamed with Miranda Campbell to deliver Belles Hot Chicken to Gertrude Street, Fitzroy…and the rest is history. Now with three locations in Melbourne and three in Sydney, Belles Hot Chicken is on everyone’s lips. In this class, Morgan will bring you the joy of his classic hot chicken recipe teamed with caviar whilst Lisa Downs (our Caviar Ambassador at Simon Johnson) will lead you through a caviar experience……

Cooking School

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. Classes are a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun.

We also extend a special offer of 10% discount on store purchases on the day of your class.
