Romeo handcrafts each recipe using traditional techniques and features seasonal ingredients and quality livestock sourced from leading producers throughout Australia. This commitment to tradition continues to serve as the foundation for all of his creations. Using traditional French techniques, Romeo handcrafts each recipe using only fresh seasonal ingredients and quality livestock. In this hands-on class, Romeo will teach the skill of making traditional, hand-cut sausages that you can recreate at home without the need for technical equipment.

Cooking School

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. Classes are a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun.
