About this event

Christina Tantsis established Sisko Chocolate in 2009, a former floral designer she recognised the potential of chocolate as a focal point that challenged tradition with a new perspective and experience. She and her team meticulously handcraft chocolate flowers, sculptures, edible centerpieces, wall installations and beautifully presented gifts. Sisko Chocolate create a range of chocolate gifts using Valrhona Chocolate. In this class, using Valrhona chocolate, Christina will take away the fear of tempering chocolate by going through the signs to look for in well-tempered chocolate; including trouble shooting if you are not getting a great temper, how to read the situation and what the chocolate needs to be happy again 🙂 Christina will also demonstrate decorative elements you can recreate with your perfectly tempered chocolate, to enhance your desserts and presentation.

Cooking School

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. Classes are a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun.

We also extend a special offer of 10% discount on store purchases on the day of your class.
