In this class, Romeo will demonstrate the art of pâté and terrine making from his handcrafted range of products – each recipe features traditional techniques using seasonal ingredients and quality livestock sourced from leading producers throughout Australia. An expert in the art of charcuterie, Romeo has translated his French talents into creating a diversified range of highly sought-after products in Australia. Cooking School

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. Classes are a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun.
