About this event
In a career spanning 25 years as a professional chef and pastry chef, Tiffany Jones has worked with some world renowned international and local chefs, including Colin Fassnidge, Maggie Beer and Justin North. After representing Australia on the pastry team for the Gelato World Cup 2016, in which Australia came third, her career has gone from strength to strength. At the beginning of 2019 Tiffany joined Bill Franzis as business partner and Head Pastry Chef at Cielo dessert co. where she is the brainchild behind their desserts, cakes, pastries and events.
In this hands-on class you will learn the art of Christmas baking with a focus on using Valrhona chocolate. Tiffany will show you recipes including Mini Fruit & Valrhona Chocolate Christmas Cake with Chocolate Snowflakes, Dulcey Star Gingerbread and Framboise and Red Fruit Mince Pies. You will have some creations that you can take home, plus all recipes and techniques to replicate for your friends and family. At the end of the class we will provide some light refreshments and bubbles to toast your Christmas baking success!

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. Classes are a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun.
