Colston Bassett Stilton
Colston Basset Dairy was formed in 1912, and is one of the smallest dairies in the Stilton-makers’ Association. This natural rinded Stilton is made the old fashioned way from hand ladled curds gently set with animal rennet. It’s very special because almost all Stilton cheese these days is made from microbial rennet using industrial techniques, and those made the traditional way at this dairy are all reserved for Neal’s Yard dairy in London. This benchmark blue cheese is deliciously moist with a creamy texture and salty finish.

Order Monday to Wednesday by 12pm for next day delivery.
Order Thursday by 12pm for delivery on the following Monday.
Order Friday by 12pm for delivery on the following Tuesday.
No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Delivery options include home delivery within 10km from Toorak store. Please click here for delivery suburbs. You can also click and collect from 471 Toorak Rd, Toorak VIC 3142.
PLEASE NOTE – Recipient must be at home to receive delivery as the goods are fresh and cannot be left unattended. If they are not home to receive the order then collection will need to be organised from our Toorak store. Any additional delivery fees will be charged at a $20 flat rate.

They work with about 40 cheesemakers and hand select the cheese to bring to their maturing facilities in London which is run by a team dedicated to ensuring they sell cheeses at its best – whether it is directly to their customers in the UK or through distributors (like Simon Johnson) around the world.
