Each oil is produced with a blend of Leccino and Frantoio olives, all grown, harvested and bottled on the Colonna Estate in Campobasso in the region of Molise, Italy. This mandarin infused oil is ideally suited on pasta with shellfish or on scallops, also for cooking or stir-frying fish. Perfect in baking cakes or in the mix for biscuits.
