Agrimontana jams are made to traditional recipes from first choice Italian fruit, harvested at the right point of maturity so all the natural colours & flavours of the fruit shine through (no artificial additives). The fruit is cooked whole at low temperatures, a little sugar is added to naturally preserve. Any pectin (if used) is derived from apples and citrus fruits, ensuring that for every 100gr of jam there is at least 70gr of pure fruit. Delizioso!
