  1. In a small pot, warm the olive oil over a gentle heat
  2. Remove from the heat & add the rosemary sprigs, sliced garlic & orange zest
  3. Carefully fold through the green olives
  4. Pour contents into a serving bowl & rest at room temperature before serving
